Job Description

    The Foreign Exchange Payments Operations team provides comprehensive operational services to the clients of Treasury Services globally. The department is very fast moving, with ever increasing volumes, there is always an opportunity to learn, increase knowledge, to take on more responsibility and where staff excellence is recognised through reward and promotion. The Foreign Exchange operations team is responsible for liaising with our clients, front office, settlements and multiple other internal teams. Summary of ResponsibilitiesManagement responsibility for the FX processing and post settlement team, including all key team management decisions including recruitment, performance evaluations and day to day organisation. Day to day responsibilities involve investigating nostro breaks, including chasing clients for non receipt of funds and making payments to clients for failed payment Ensuring that all payments are settled correctly and any breaks are followed up on a timely manner Identifying and investigating any root causes Establishing an excellent relationship with our FX Product colleagues, sales and other internal clients Participating in process improvement initiatives Ensure that any issues are escalated to the team leader within an appropriate time frame,
