About Credit Product Development/Management The Lending Products function is responsible for the strategic planning, creation, design, launch and lifecycle management of all Lending products in the International Private Bank, this team has a deep understanding of the Lending business and its underpinnings. The Lending products team aims to enable growth by innovating, brining strategic insights and efficiencies and it also helps adapting to a dynamic regulatory framework. To achieve its goals, the product team partners closely with Lending advisors, Credit Middle Office, Business Management team and Front Office functions for the elaboration and design of products and features as well as various functions such as Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Marketing to build, design and review changes. Role Overview Reporting to the Lending Products Manager in EMEA, your role will be to work on multiple EMEA initiatives in order to deliver value to the business. Your tasks will include being part of the strategy definition and own requirements gathering, status reporting, planning and testing support. Projects led by the team vary in size and content, an open mind, flexibility and ability to multitask are key for success.In addition to project management and execution skills, the successful candidate should become a key point of contact for Lending related queries, someone who can bring meaningful input for improving the strategic growth of the practice based on their detailed knowledge of the Lending products, the business processes, the platform and the regulatory framework. Key Responsibilities:
• Participation in Product strategy planning and definition
• Work with large set of data to provide conclusive output for management s decision
• Stream owner of large scale projects (ensure smaller admin steps are completed for NBIA, testing, involvement in the design phase)
• Gathering requirements for projects, developing JIRA s, story points
• Liaise with Business Management and other control functions for support on projects and the overall day-to-day business.
• Testing support for all new releases and maintenance fixes of existing solutions
• Provide status updates on all projects for management updates
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven track record as project manager with 7-8years of experience preferably supporting the Lending business
• Experience to work with large set of data
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and results
• Ability to work independently, while managing up and escalating appropriately
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey key messages and summarize complex business situations to any audience
• Highly structured and organized
• Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions
• Experience in agile project management
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, SharePoint and Jira
• Should have experience in Tableau / Alteryx
• Ability to adapt to change and turn challenges into opportunities
• Creative thinker who can balance client / advisor needs with business objectives
• Team player who proactively shares knowledge and information within and outside the function
• Dynamic and charismatic with the ability to influence others
• Knowledge of digital is a plus
• Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
