Our innovations in process management and workforce orchestration along with strong industry credentials are enabling us to deliver the fastest harvest-to-fork in the industry.Our endeavor is to leverage experience across various parts of the value chain - farming, production, delivery to marquee brands - to deliver similar value to the Indian consumers.- Define parameters which will be considered for planning; define critical control points, metrics and the action plan, given its a partner based network.- Drive efficiency + cost improvement projects- Responsible for attribution of asset reliability metrics and provide visibility to leadership on them- Coordinate with all teams across location to improve handshake processes- Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts- Responsible for overseeing and managing companys overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.- Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.- Communicate with external suppliers and buyers, comprehend legal documents, and develop good relationships with them- Meetings with all stakeholders- Taking care of the entire order fulfillment cycle- Managing the First mile & Last mile operations- Contribute to product development and technology teams to help build scalable solutions around the same- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service- Ensure strong Internal controls as per defined processesDesired Skills:- Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities- Open thinking and an ability to work in an unorganized sector- Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow the process- Sales and Distribution Experience will be an advantage- Good Exposure in purchase, procurement, supply chain, vendor management.Must Haves:- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role- Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience- Experience in Last mile is mandatory- Managed a large team size off roll & on roll.,
