Job Description

    Please find attached JD for career coach and hiring requirement.
    • Headquartered in Mumbai, EduBridge has offices across India and a strong team of over 500+ employees, estlb.-2009, offline presence across 18 states
    • 6 days working, 1 week off- rotational, (if a person is from Mumbai, we preferred them to join from office, if not we can consider WFH. you can keep location open to Pan India for WFH requirementfocusingmetropolitan cities in India to avoid Infrastructural issues like Electricity and Internet issues).
    • Budget-25k to 30K PM + incentives + Retention bonus (15,000completion of 6 months) ( 25,000 completion of 1 Year)
    fresher- 25K+incentives
    • Candidate from Educational industry is preferred, if not then candidate should have IT sales exp + must have BE or equivalent degree
    • There will be 2-3 rounds(1stround will be HR round telephonic/VC, then 1 technical VC)
    • USP of the company is : they are giving 100% placement assistance
    • Communication and presentation should be excellent
    • 10PM -8:30 PM- shift timings
    • Age Limit- 32 yrs
