Dear All, We are presently looking for below mentioned position:- Job Title:- Senior Manager (CEM ) Critical Environment Management Competencies: Qualification Diploma/B-Tech in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering. Experience 8 12 Years, with min 5 years of experience in Facilities Management in CEM Ability to work collaboratively, independently with strong influencing skills. Must be willing to travel and having the knowledge of different segments. Good Communications skills and capable of giving technical Presentation to Clients Well Versed with CEM audits, knowledge about criticality index calculation, and skillset mapping of site team Responsibilities: Capable to identify the Critical Equipment as per the site and industry / Segment. Ensure the smooth working of Critical equipment at Corporate Park / Commercial buildings, Financial sector/ BPO/ IT/ ITES & manufacturing plants. Responsible for Deploying CEM Framework and best practices across all key clients and segments as per the group guidelines. Drive CEM awareness and training of Framework and build robust governance to ensure the usage of tools at key sites. Responsible for Engineering value add services, including infra Gap Audits, Power Quality Audits, Thermography audits, Indoor Air Quality Audits, etc. Key team member for Deploying Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301) framework at Segments and Key Accounts. Established and implement the awareness about CEM with regional technical team by way of conducting site pieces of training and able to map the site criticality indexing. Site technical team skill set assessment and accordingly able to identify the training needs and can be able to develop the site-wise technical skillset index Support India Energy & Sustainability Manager in Designing and implementing the energy Conservation program at all Key client locations /Segments.
