Category Gap analysis - Comparing the categorys current product listings with other marketplaces/ sellers and identifying gaps in listings and pricing . Regular competitor benchmarking and comparison analysis is required. 2. Research - research on terapeak, ebay, amazon etc to understand new growth areas 3.
