Minimum 5 years in managing F&B operations Job Profile Responsible for managing overall kitchen operations including below activities: Coordination with admin executive to manage client expectations in terms of food taste, quality & variety in menu Responsible for overall Health & Safety of staff, premise and in operations Cost and man- hour savings by designing & implementing efficient and effective policies and processes Manage procurement and sourcing related to kitchen operations and production Servicing & Maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC system, Pest Control, maintenance of firefighting system Kitchen staff training and briefing Responsible for maintaining Hygiene & Cleanliness Manage food packaging & dispatch Menu preparation, offer different variety in food and production Grocery & Vegetables cleaning, sorting, cutting and all other preparations Quality Control in every phase of production right from procurement till end delivery of products Kitchen staff performance evaluation, goal settings, mentoring Maintain required discipline and professionalism in kitchen operations Skills & Qualities : Excellent communication skills The ability to motivate and manage staff Strong customer service skills The ability to keep calm under pressure The confidence to use your initiative The ability to work in a team The ability to work accurately with figures and manage a budget A well- organized and methodical approach The ability to manage the health, hygiene, safety and security of the workplace,
