A Centre Incharge is responsible for planning and monitoring Bright Future s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program in a given area. He/She supervises and guides the team of Facilitators, Social Workers and Change Leaders at the center to ensure that Bright Future s objectives are met.
