CEO - ( Data Management , Records Management ) - Mumbai One of Leding Client in Record Management : - Experience in retail banking followed by KPO focusing on Indian clients and largely in the BFSI sector.the data management / transaction processing projects should be cutting edge . Projects focused on operational solutions to meet client needs.Strong experience in P L management - Person should have run an organization/ SBU of few hundred employees in the past.Public sector experience either as PS clients or having worked in a PS is important.data management and records management solutions Interaction with PS and PS cleints Deliver business goals as perapproved 5 year Strategic Planand Annual Operating Plan of the SBU Evaluate the business, current market dynamics, and identify strategies to expand business, through product expansion, scan and penetration of new markets including international, while ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic imperatives. Evaluate specific opportunities for product expansion by identifying and monetizing biz opportunities relating to automation and digitization. Evaluate and operationalize opportunities for geographical expansion through the build route or acquisition or a JV alliance. Support the fund raise activities by effectively interacting with the financial investors like Private Equity firms, banks etc. Actively connect with the top leadership of PSUs, PSBs, BFSI, Target roles: at least 10 years should have been in a leadership P L position as Head/ CEO BPO or KPO services or Head or CEO retail banking division,
