Job Description

    • Oversees the change process by ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorised and actioned resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement and that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process
    • Prepares reports on statistical information
    • Oversight of change management staff who manages the lifecycle of changes ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorised and actioned resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process
    • Ensure agreed Requests For Change RFC are entered correctly in the Service Management tool Reject impractical RFCs Chair Change Advisory Board CAB meetings for supported area
    • Ensure that full approval is granted prior to implementing Changes
    • Ensure a back out plan prepared internally is in evidence and has been considered within the overall implementation plan to minimize impact to service availability Chair Post Implementation Review meetings for supported area
    • Manage any follow up actions identified from Post Implementation Reviews Review monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of cross tower
    • Changes to all relevant parties Provide change reporting as needed Arbitrate all Change queries across tower changes
    • Ability of managing virtual teams to deliver Change Management process and working cross functionally
    • Ability to develop training material schedule and facilitate training sessions for internal and external resources mentoring skills
    • Awareness of SAS70 Sarbanes Oxley or FDA regulations business implications
    • Computer systems knowledge integration and architecture concepts
    • Experience in various Change Management evaluation techniques supported by understanding of statistics and quality management concepts
    • Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
    • Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
    • Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk. Supporting training and communication as part of change management.
    • Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase. Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
    • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level. Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
    • Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.
    • Supporting the change manager in decisions for major changes.
    • Evaluating Requests for Change (RFCs), the available resources, impact of change, and organizational readiness.
    • Validating that appropriate tests and evaluation are performed before high-risk changes are approved. Documenting relevant processes and activities.
    • Supporting the design of change implementation scheduling. Reviewing a change implementation process. Supporting the design and approving new change process models.
    • Using the diverse knowledge base, skills, and expertise of each CAB member to provide a unique perspective before a decision is finalized.
