Job Description

Were looking for a Lead Channel Marketing to work onsite within our Digital Bank. Were a small, but growing venture, with new and exciting problems to solve. As a Lead Channel Marketing, youd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we are facing, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high-quality products for our customers. Job Description The Lead Channel Marketing, is, first and foremost, a new age marketer with good grasp on a various channel in the marketing landscape. Understanding and appreciating the need to build a strong branding amongst the new digital banking landscape in Singapore.The incumbent will be responsible for B2B Marketing and brand marketing initiatives leveraging on data & various marketing tools to identify opportunities to drive the incremental awareness of our brand.The role will also be responsible for managing day-to-day channel marketing strategy and operations with internal partnership team and collaborate with the Channel Business stakeholders to drive growth in strategic priority areas through Channel Partners and Distributors. The Role Responsibility: Strategic Management Build and deliver an integrated Go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategy to support specific growth initiatives across the various channel. Working with internal teams and agency partners, guide and shape various customer centric agendas including Personalisation, optimisation, Recommendation, Omni Channel Orchestration across offline channels by building & running capabilities. Responsible for assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing plans to meet the needs of the business units, solutions, customer segments, and partner ecosystem. Drive marcom strategy, including budget and agency management; Measure campaign results spanning coverage to pipeline developed. Gather feedback through multiple channels: internal sales teams, partners, customers, and closes the feedback loop with business and senior management. Manage, administer, measure and report on local channel budgets and co-marketing funds (MDF) and ensure regulatory compliance. Plan programs that deliver targeted, qualified leads to build brand awareness and strengthen market position Lead the team to deliver physical events with the objectives of building a positive brand profile, improving share of wallet from acquiring new clients Research and implement industry channel best practices and technology. Own all performance targets and budgets across a marketing objective such as new user acquisition or cross-sell Monitor and optimise channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale Report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns with stakeholders Regulatory & Business Conduct: Takes personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Our Ideal Candidate: Possesses 7+ years experience in Previous experience in channel or alliance marketing Strong understanding of partner business and co-marketing budget (MDF, etc.) programs Understand and adapt to changing and differing priorities depending on markets and how these impact channel marketing. Has worked on most of the technologies spanning digital analytics, marketing automation, audience management, content management and test & target Strong presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plans Has experience in media and campaign planning, execution and presentation Good to have: Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct activities in an agile environment Having an understanding of the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum would be a plus Having hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks is a plus Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.,
