Experience: Min 8 - 10 yrs of experience in OEM cabling manufacturing or with leading System Integrator with min. 5 years in direct solutions selling to enterprise segment. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred) Develop and maintain mindshare for brand across all stakeholders of the business. Identify, qualify and secure project and run-rate business from end customers in the territory. Identify and secure large projects by working closely with end-users, Tier 1 SI partners, consultants, installers in various business verticals. Prepare, maintain and submit updated funnel and revenue forecast reports on a weekly basis. Interact with and provide pre-sales support to SI partners Interacting with distribution to ensure availability of materials Selection of System Integrators/ Certified Installers for projects Providing first cut quotes using published price lists to end users, system integrators or certified installers. Conducting Product Training for System Integrator partners. Ensure compliance with all company Policies and procedures Skill Sets & Competencies Knowledge of structured cabling viz. products, competition, installation practices, standards etc. Broad knowledge of networking Strong presentation and communication skills Working knowledge of SAP preferred Should have a good sales track record in existing / previous assignments. Good analytical skills Learning ability and attitude Leadership ability,
