Job Description

24 Years ( for Freshers) and 26 Years ( for candidates having relevant experience of 1 to 2 years ) Educational Qualifications Graduates preferably in BCom / BBA/BBM / BAF or related areas with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Post Graduation in MCom / MBA - Finance or related areas with minimum 50% in aggregate

  • Keep accurate records and timely processing of all daily transactions
  • Process Invoices
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Assist in preparing monthly , quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Processing bank related transactions and payments
Preferred Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Advance MS excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Mahape, Navi Mumbai Treasury Officer - Deputy Manager / Manager Qualifications Experience Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of Treasury handling experience preferably in financial industry Maximum 35 Years Salary and grade will be commensurate with qualification experience Job Summary
    • Optimal management of funds of the Corporation and minimize idle cash.
    • Design key treasury processes for front end and back end activities.
    • Preparation of daily cash flow and explore available opportunities.
    • Evaluate new opportunities to improve financing flexibility and diversification of funding sources
    • Implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. Take investment decisions on surplus funds of the company and ensure maximum return.
    • Preparation of Treasury related MIS and reports for submission to the Management as per requirement.
    • Holding the Investment Committee meetings and investing as per approval received from the Committee.
    • Review of Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL) membership for propriety trades and monitoring of margin requirements for propriety trades.
    • Review and updation of investment policy on yearly basis or at shorter interval as per requirements.
