Job Description

    KeyAccountabilitiesSupervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations and regular qualitychecks of material and condition of equipmentReport all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, orunsafe practices and procedures to the supervisor immediately.Assist the supervisor to work on recipes for new menus.Prepare goods on the Le15 menu by strictly following recipes and SOPS.Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory and healthguidelines.Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offeringsInvestigate complaints with the help of the quality team and implement preventiveaction.Document and maintain records of daily production, wastage, dispatch and inventoryJob Requirements Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Pastry with high volume food productionGood knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating.Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.Positive attitude and Good communication skills.Education &Experience 1-4 years of experience in a reputed food manufacturing and or hotel.Hotel management degree.Thorough knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations.Great attention to detail and creativity.Great interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong passion for the art of food design.
