Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream (MBA will be an advantage) Overall 20 + years of experienceMinimum 10 years in real estate industry and 15 years in a Management roleKey Competencies Knowledge of Managing industry associationsKnowledge of the Real Estate industry trends, regulatory environment and market dynamicsStrategic Orientation, Financial Business Acumen, Interpersonal skillsSupervise the activities of the Secretariat, setting the direction for both, the operations as well as the revenue-generating rolesFacilitate coordination and execution excellence amongst key roles like Member Management, Events Management, Public Relations and LiaisonAct as the accountable point of contact for the Managing Committee on all mattersEnsure smooth coordination between the Managing Committee and the various functions of the Secretariat to ensure that the Committee is relieved of all routine tasksDirect the annual functional strategy of the Organisation ensuring alignment with the goals and the best interests of the membersEnhance profitability and increase revenue from existing and new streams, in coordination with the Events Management and Sales rolesOversee the preparation of the annual budget, and ensure allocation of funds within budgetary constraintsEnsure that all initiatives of Client are motivated towards adding value to the overall member experienceLead and sign off on feasibility studies to explore new value-added services for members to boost their profitabilityBuild rapports with key stakeholders at government and regulatory agencies to strengthen the position of Client.Maintain and enhance the brand equity of Real Estate Industry by acting as a representative at prominent forums and platformsEstablish SOPs and ensure that day-to-day activities are being carried out in a cost-efficient mannerEnsure streamlining of processes and efficient performance across all units (e.g. Thane, Navi Mumbai, etc.) Lead the exploration of new, innovative revenue streams like sub-unit conferences trainings in order to increase revenueFocus on cost efficiency and improved profitability in all eventsLead the development of specialized training programmes for members employees at all levels in line with industry trends, market insights and the latest technology used world-wideOversee performance reviews, capability building and monitoring of employee satisfaction to ensure high levels of efficiency and growth within the SecretariatSign off on key internal matrices for service delivery in coordination with the Head- OperationsEnsure compliance to regulatory norms and oversee vendor relations and inventory management to minimize costs,
