Finalisation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IGAAP Compliance with Accounting standards, Companies Act and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) GL scrutiny, P&L analysis (trend analysis and variance at plan) and Quarterly review with CFO & appointed actuary on quarterly Technical insurance accounting and inter-Company accounting and reconciliation. Expense allocation at 12 line of business Engagement with joint Statutory auditors (Big4) for quarterly audit opinion and certifications Awards & Achievements Periodic regulatory reporting of financial results to Board and stock exchange, newspaper, website and IRDA portal System readiness for new product from accounting and reporting point of view Responsible for process improvements, automation, and innovation and drive projects/ automation opportunities. Coordination with multiple cross functional teams. Ensuring optimum utilization of resources and team planning for deadline period Ensuring processes and checklists are clearly defined, standardised and documented and implemented Supporting transitions and knowledge transfer, monitoring critical deliverables ,
