Job Description

    We are looking for a Chief Technology Officerto provide sound and up-to-date technology leadership for our organization. Strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and effective communication are key.We expect our CTO to be knowledgeable and conversant with current technological trends, and to identify areas where we could leverage such technology trends to improve our market offerings.The ideal candidate should have had pasthands-on experience inat least NodeJS, MongoDB and ElasticSearch, and managing the technology stack in a high-scalability, high-volume environment.We are a fluid organization, and there will sometimes be expectations of tasks beyond the stated job description. For instance, in the event of a crunch time, you should be okay with rolling-up your sleeves to assist with assisting with operational tasks as well.You should be able to handle uncertainty/variabilityin customer expectations and changing priorities in technology.Working on-site is mandatory, with flexible working.Roles and Responsibilities
    • Develop technical roadmap to align with the business goals.
    • Discover and implement new technologies that will benefit business, or even open new business verticals.
    • Build an efficient devops process.
    • Build and maintain security and data protection processes.
    • Communicate technology strategy to partners and our investors quarterly.
    • Ensure processes are followed for maintaining ISO and SOC2 compliances.
