Job Description

Central Team- Associate:

  • Due Diligence Standards Work closely with relevant GMI stakeholders and internal Business partners (LOB s) for the GMI to deliver on the Agent Bank/FMI alternate Third Party Oversight program. Including
  • Generation of TPO questionnaire to FMI/Agent Bank population, chasing/escalation & primary assessment of responses. Technology, Sanctions, Know Your Agent, Due Diligence Questionnaire.
  • Design time effective and repeatable Reporting/MIS processes for analysis and review of data available in various applications used within GMI group.
  • Produce relevant metrics to summarize the analysis.
  • Ensure readiness and accuracy of MIO MIS pack at required frequencies across TPO questionnaires like KYA, DDQ, Technology assessments etc.
  • Executing various control initiatives like building, DDV schedule, Contact List validation.
  • Audit Requests Co-ordination Partner with TPO Coordinator to deliver documentary evidence of completed processes and associated controls and standards.
  • Work on various change management initiatives/mini projects like Sharepoint development, GMI Contact List validation, etc. to ensure process efficiencies.
  • Ensure processes are robust and repeatable, with clearly written SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • CIB and/or Business Analyst experience preferred.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
  • Strong virtual team and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills comfort interacting with and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong matrix management skills ability to work through others outside of your direct span of control to get the work accomplished.
  • Strong firm-wide, cross LOB network to leverage.
  • No travel required.
