Job Description

    Key priorities for the team include:
    • Digital Ops- Drive Automation using analytical & visualization tools like [UI Path, Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, Python etc.]
    • Governance & Project Management of projects/controls & risk across the operations
    • Drive Target Operating model changes Project management & execution ownership
    • Continuous Analysis to identify process/Task with Operational risk and provide suggestion automation/elimination
    • Implement AI automations using RPA tools like UI Path, python, Alteryx or Xceptor. The role expects the employee to have hands on experience of coding & applying automation through these tools and deploy the code in UAT
    • Understand historical data & provide in depth analysis and recommendations to eliminate/reduce manual matches/bookings
    • Partner with Operations on BRD / User stories
    • Partner with Technology team / upstream teams on solution build / solution implementation
    • Periodic governance scorecards to be published to all stakeholders
    • Data Analyst gathers and analyses information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to create business process models within the process modelling methodology framework, using specified Visio / Signavio templates
    • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand and document business processes
    • Identify and document instances where existing business processes may be streamlined or improved
    • In addition, the Data Analyst may be expected to facilitate workshops, fact-finding interviews, project management activities, and other necessary activities to gather and synthesize information into their process models.
    Skills/Qualifications
    • Trained on new generation digital tools like UI Path, python etc and has min 2 years of experience in implementing automations through these tools and is well aware of all its features & components
    • Working knowledge of Digital tools like Xceptor, python Alteryx & Tableau
    • Strong business acumen and proven track record for providing innovative solutions resulting in increased business performance
    • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
    • Broad, enterprise-wide view and understanding of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
    • Understanding of the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development
    • Participation in process re-engineering efforts for at least one medium-to-large IT related project
    • Experience working within cross-functional project team to understand business requirements and deliver process artifacts
    • Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
    • Understanding of hierarchical and sequential process modelling concepts/techniques
    • Experience in Business analysis or Data Analytics
