Job Description

The business, which operates in 41 countries, is the worlds largest U.S. dollar clearer, processing an average of $3.2 trillion in fund transfers each day.Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver against TS Corporate Sales targets for assigned portfolio of India HQ clients
  • Develop and nurture client contacts at senior levels in Corporate treasuries to push the cash management agenda
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners to generate leads and maximise cross-sell of TS products and bundled solutions
  • Stay coordinated with MNC coverage and TS Sales teams globally to push the outbound agenda
  • Assist the India HQ TS Sales Head to devise and drive strategies to grow the business globally
  • Ensure core disciplines around pipeline management, including proactive management of conversion cycles and revenue ramp up, pipeline analysis and reporting
  • Hold regular cross functional reviews to ensure coordinated management of client relationships
  • Promote the TS business in the broader marketplace
  • Ensure a strong Risk & Control framework is maintained with an ongoing focus on adherence to KYC, AML, GFCC, PAD, PEP and Reputation Risk standards etc.
General Knowledge and Experience Required:
  • Detailed knowledge of cash management services and products including collections, payments, account structures, and liquidity management (Critical)
  • Ability to design and deliver Global / multi-region Cash Management solutions in partnership with internal JPM teams
  • Knowledge of Trade and FX products to capitalize on cross sell opportunities
  • Minimum 7-8 years experience in cash management sales
  • Strong client contacts especially with large India Headquartered clients
  • Experience with New Economy clients (preferred)
Formal Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate Degree from a reputed institution
  • Relevant professional qualifications
