Job Description

  • New regulatory reporting implementation & on going remediation
    • Understand the regulatory requirements working with Legal / Compliance / Industry (ISDA/Equities industry groups/DTCC etc) & internal stakeholders
    • Analyse, define and document the Regulatory reporting requirements to the Equities business
    • Agree the business strategies and system design by working with business and technology partners
    • Performing User Acceptance Testing
The team is responsible for implementing coming new mandatory regulatory requirements across the regions, these jurisdictions cover multiple locations (US, UK, Germany Canada /Australia , HK, Japan etc) The candidate would be responsible for :
  • Review & improve the end to end control process around the Regulatory Reporting agenda in Equities
  • Establish a strategic attestation process on Regulatory reporting for the jurisdictions already implemented to the business
  • Come up with process and system enhancement recommendations
  • Work with business and Technology group to prioritise the requirements by presenting the business case
QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry with strong understanding of Equity Derivatives products
  • Experience with Dodd Frank CFTC Trade Reporting and EMIR Trade Reporting
  • Excellent Business Analysis skills to drill down the complex Regulatory Reporting requirements for multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent problem solving and grasping skills in order to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders and be able to effectively articulate to all levels of audience
  • A self motivated individual who is able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst also working effectively as part of a team
  • Experiences with SQL is plus
