Operations teams develop and manage innovative, secure service solutions to meet clients needs globally. Role Description We are seeking a Business/Data Analyst to join the Alternative Payments POD Operations team in JP Morgan payments operations. The role demands candidate to analysis the data, build workflows, Simplify the data, translate the same in good business presentation. The team will also build metrics and dashboards for senior management reviews. This team will need to closely collaborate with Operations, Technology, client service team across regions.This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for data, problem solving, and domain knowledge as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities
• Work with Tech, Product and payments operations to gather, research, analyse and present the data
• Understand the payment workflows and build long term solution with AI
• Provide qualitative data and dashboards for senior management
• Works closely with data engineers and data scientists and related partner teams to deliver solutions and develop / foster new ideas
• Understand the data landscape across payments region and work to build consistence in the approach
• Building strong and strategical presentations
Functional and Technical Expertise
• Strong Business and Data Analysis skills, including ability to research and understand different data points
• Hands on Analytics experience in Alteryx, Excel and Data Visualization experience (Tableau/Qlik)
• Expertise and good understanding on various Database (Oracle, SQL Server, SQL) etc.
• Need to have a great knowledge on SWIFT and payment flows
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
• Leadership skills to influence, build relationships

Qualifications
• 10-12 years of experience
• B.E / equivalent degree in software engineering
Equivalent certification/degree in data analysis,
