Job Description

    The Implementation and Middle Office associate for India will support growth of Global Trade by managing the client on-boarding, documentation and technical implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal functional partners in order to ensure seamless end to end solutions delivery. We are looking for an Analyst to join the Middle Office team in Mumbai. The role offers a great opportunity to acquire knowledge and candidate should be quick learner, hardworking and team player with an attention to detail, business administration skills and tenacity Responsibilities :
    • Develop deal execution approach and manage all aspects of client on-boarding, documentation and technical implementation for Trade Finance products.
    • Manage supplier diligence process; Lien search and CERSAI registration
    • Supply Chain Sampling oversight / monitoring
    • Coordinate buyer set ups in systems and platforms.
    • Proactively engage with Product and Sales on planning and prioritization decisions for pipeline implementation.
    • Monitor and drive projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary
    • Drive a high performance culture, sharing of best practices, cross training and synergies amongst Trade Middle Office team members to ensure a sustainable delivery model.
    • Promote an inclusive work environment and foster an open and communicative culture wherein individuals at every level and their perspectives are respected.
    Qualifications:
    • University Bachelor s degree with 3-5 years (Analyst) of experience in the client implementation, middle or back office functions;
    • Candidate should be a quick learner and team player with attention to detail and command strong influencing skills.
    • Experience in Trade Finance & SCF middle or back-office team or with Trade product management will be added advantage.
    • Experience in collaborating with client facing teams, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance and legal teams will be advantageous
    • Proven strategic thinker and creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated & confident decision-maker with the ability to demonstrate leadership, challenging and influencing change where necessary
