Job Description

Engagement in the early stages of both new deals (including RFP s) and incremental business for key clients is critical to understand and consider potential impact across Operations and the Client Service organisation. Coordinating engagement with multiple stakeholders to plan, and execute ensures our business is fully ready for the client go live date. Direct engagement with the clients is a requirement at this stage.The effective and disciplined delivery of each onboard through every stage of the implementation lifecycle ensures a seamless experience for each client as well as minimal impact to the global Operations teams supporting the products and services in scope. An ability to identify potential client issues early and to lead remediation is critical to improving client experience, as well as mitigating the impact on our Service colleagues, post-implementation. Profiling and analysis of each onboard to qualify and quantify the effects on the client and Operations is critical, utilising tools and services developed within the team.The role focuses on execution of strategies defined during deal scoping and Implementation, to optimise payment flows post client go-live. Remit spans the global product set and both regional and global Operations functions and utilities. You will collaborate with, and deliver solutions, with partners in Payment Operations, Sanctions, Fraud, Client Investigations along with Implementations, Client Service, and Sales partners.Knowledge of Wholesale Payments and Wholesale Payments Operations is preferred.Key responsibilities:-

  • Responsible and accountable for the delivery of a first-class client experience for multiple client deals simultaneously, delivering seamless integration into the Wholesale Payments organisation
  • Timely identifications and escalation of issues which could impact Client deliverables, Client satisfaction, or conflict with Operations risks and controls
  • Active through all stages of the deal lifecycle Scoping, Implementation, UAT, PVT, Go-Live and Ramp Up, supporting impact assessment and business readiness activities
  • Build relationships with Sales, Product, Client Service, Implementations, Operations and Technology as a trusted advisor acting as a credible payments expert
  • Proactively lead continuous improvements delivering balanced solutions considering client requirements with the broader goals of the firm in mind
Skills and behaviours:-
  • Graduate with Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Prior knowledge of Implementations and Operations is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, client facing, team environment
  • Thinks and acts like a leader in handling multiple events and tasks, making balanced decisions to deliver against conflicting priorities
  • Strong communications skills and influences across levels and organisational boundaries
  • Organisational experience in Change Management, Operational/Business Readiness, or Risk and Control environments may be beneficial
  • Promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment, exemplifying the highest standards of ethics and integrity, respecting individuals at all levels
