Circle O&M IME Manager

Job Description

Service Delivery

• Monitoring IME/SME performance on PM quality and addressing CM gaps on Daily/weekly basis.
• Escalating to IME/SME partners for closure of strategic /BSC /Hub sites complaints as per requirement.
• Addressing Equipment I-Hygiene Open TT for Closure .
• Ensuring CM closure with in SLA.
• Analyzing RCA /Sub RCA and addressing the gaps to Implement Correct RCA & Sub RCA and monitoring the Field failures report relevant to the equipment and to improve IME/SME technical skills on equipment side.5)Coordinating and supporting CFT to resolve Equipment related issues with IME partners on implementation of Projects.
• New /Refurbished equipment Installation support from OEM .
• Extending support to IME/SME partners for warranty complaints through OEM.
• Mobile DG reduction plan .
• Weekly/Monthly Governance meeting with IME partners on Performance review to improve service delivery .

Spares Management & Audit .

• Monitoring IME/SME Spares movement by checking Monthly Stock receipt consumption report (MSRCR) and analyzing Correct replacement of Spares with respect to Equipment failures and addressing the Gap weekly/Monthly.
• Accounting and Monitoring spares purchase from OEM/Authorized dealers as defined by Indus through Auditing and checking Purchase Invoices.
• Through routine Site Audit and checking replacement of Spars /Component and replacement of Oils and filter and to check for genuine spares replacement.
• Supporting IME Partners for procurement of critical /obsolete spares from OEM/Authorized dealers.
• Monitoring Spares stock at IME stock point ant to maintain (MSL) based on the consumption pattern.
• MBRC cell movement monitoring and revival of cells based on field requirement to close open and critical complaints and monitoring BRC cells movement and coordinating with SCM for scrap disposal on monthly basis.
• Approval to given for cell movement through C Track.

Refurbishment

• Coordinating with SCM to get refurbished material according to the field requirement and to replace BER cases
• Product feedback on the refurbishment material/equipment performance to SCM/Circle management
• Setting Test Bench requirement to Test refurbished rectifier and other equipment as per Circle /Corporate requirement.

Capex and Opex requirement

• Analyzing Equipment failures with respect to BER and getting budget from Corporate on qtrly basis with help of Opex Manager.
• Right and proper utilization of capex at Field based on Corporate Guidelines
• Checking and based on Field requirement placing request of rectifier and equipment requirement to Circle Mangement.
• Escalations to be given for Out of scope Jobs for component failures due to Natural calamity to circle management for approval and also get budget from Corporate

Product evolution and Project implementation

• With RCA & Sub RCA and Coordination with Field team Product analysis to be done based on failures rate and share the feed back on Equipment performance
• Implementation of special projects at field on asset Integrity and Energy side as per the requirement from Corporate. Monitor and progress projects launched on the equipment front.

Training and Techinican evolution

• Training to be given to the Field staff as required on Equipment front
• To address Technician Challenges on equipment technical skills as per requirement on routine basis.
• IME technician skills and expertise to be addressed on Qtr. basis by evaluating them and support them for development.
• IME Technician to be trained in ITTA as per the requirement.

, Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

• Engineering -Degree in Electrical,Electroncis , Mechanical back ground or Diploma with 15 years of expierence .

Knowledge Required

• understanding of telecom sites infra equipments and expert in DG or AC with Vendor management skills.

Skills / Competencies

• Managerial skills ,Leadership, Customer service & service performance data review, spares management

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)

• 10-15 years
