Job Description

  • Exp in Citrix infrastructure solutions Mandatory handson experience in high level implementation of XenApp 7 1x XenDesktop 7 x VDIs managing Provisioning services farm
  • Knowledge on Netscaler 10 x 11 x 12 x NMAS tool experience will be added advantage
  • Demonstrated technical configuration and implementation hands on with large scale Citrix Technology Transformations and Migrations including documentation
  • An excellent understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and its relation to group policy and group administration with management for Citrix environments
  • VB scripting knowledge Powershelll scripting knowledge is an added advantage
  • Should be knowledgeable of Capacity Planning process performance management with ITIL process understanding Collaboration with the team in identifying new technology initiatives standards major changes or upgrades to production environments
  • Should be able to monitor delivery operations weekend activities Should be able to escalate to management at required situations provide timely updates to management on priority tasks
  • Excellent troubleshooting communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail willing to work in 24 7 shifts on call support
  • Citrix Certification CCA for XenApp Netscaler certification is an added advantage
