Designation: Civil Site supervisor 5-7yr exp,(Jogeshwari) MumbaiLocation: (Jogeshwari) MumbaiSalary: 25k-30kExperience: 5-7yrJob Description:On Site Activity (OSA) - Setting out, leveling and surveying the siteDay2day site management - target days work activity; check mobilize manpower + machinery & escalate as necessary; material logistic; report days activities.Receipt of key material (cement, steel, RMC, sand, aggregate), fundamental checks, review test reports / sources and updating of relevant material register.Wherever departmental labor mobilized, get the work done from them.Monitoring of quality of construction workEnsure the site under construction is neatly arranged, proper storage and overall housekeeping level.Ensure necessary rework / repair is undertaken by contractor for all quality issues raised. Wherever required impose debit noteWeekly material requirement forecasting as per the work progress planReceipt of GFC drawings , Issue to the concerned user , Update Drawing Register and Superseded drawing controlMaintain the all crucial document regarding site execution activities. The retrieve ability of these documents must consider the longer retention period of 20 yearsJoint measurement of work with contractorHandling / addressing issues - local nuisance, progress problem, technical matter, quality issue, and escalating to project in-charge.Weekly work progress review -on site and report updateKeep the track & log of misc. purchase done on sitePeriod stock verification (quality & quantity) of material and its reporting including reporting of deteriorated material , expiry stock material and appropriate action on itKeep track of material transfer between sites, among contractors.
