Segment: Market Intelligence Grade: 09A The Location : Mumbai The Role: Individuals within the organization who support the sales teams in helping to qualify and diagnose new prospects and to design and deliver solutions in highly technical and specialized product applications. Helps the sales team overcome technical buying barriers. Supports the relationship management teams in qualifying new upsell opportunities in existing accounts and works with sales to close. Helps train new clients , sales reps and relationship managers on highly technical product applications. The Team: Panjiva provides supply chain intelligence to key business decision makers. They will be responsible for managing their book throughout the lifecycle through regular outreach , trainings , and renewal engagement. Responsibilities: Provides basic technical , industry , product or client workflow knowledge to prospect or client interactions. Works primarily with junior to mid level clients and is able to demonstrate typical client use cases. Enters details of all client interactions into Salesforce. Works with sales reps , relationship managers , product managers and commercial directors to diagnose , design and deliver workflow solutions. Supports pre - sales activities such as responding to RFPs , providing training , or designing SOWs. Supports Go to Market strategy as directed by manager , commercial director or other. May also support post - sales implementation plans. Provides product and industry training to junior sales reps and relationship managers in domain of expertise. What We re Looking For: Functional and Business Knowledge - Has basic knowledge of the industry. Has basic knowledge of S&P Global MI products and technical requirements. Problem Solving - Uses basic industry , product , and client knowledge to solve client workflow challenges. Interactions - Regularly interacts with prospects and clients. Works within own team. Experience: 2 - 3 years of Experience in Sales with similar business. Comfortable in speaking to the clients. Ideal candidate profile - one who has sales / selling experience and is well versed with finance terms. He / she must have experience of achieving the targets. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s / Master s Degree. Finance background will be an added advantage. Good communication Skills.
