We are currently looking for a Client Lead to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for one or more assigned accounts while helping in developing and couching a team. Measures of success - In three months: Grasped the client portfolio operationally and ensure that day - to - day client servicing needs are met. Demonstrated to direct reports (Managers, Planners, Senior Buyers) the capability and know - how to guide them and to add value to what they do on a day - to - day basis. In six months: Fostered strong client relationships across the client portfolio for self and team and already have a strong understanding of the client s key business requirements. Demonstrated the ability to guide and coach team, helping them improve their strategic thinking skills and capabilities as well as their digital, data and content knowledge. In 12 months : Demonstrated the ability to develop and diversify clients and translate them into commercial opportunities. Successfully sold in an out - of - scope project and/ or participated in a winning new business pitch What your day job looks like at Essence: Own and maintain relationship with primary client point of contact and build relationships with senior and VP clientsEnsure client expectations are being set and met for every campaign and are clearly definedManage client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle and beyond, ensuring issues and challenges are actively identified and mitigatedManage commercials of account (s) , including staffing / scope and financialsOversee project management support during the campaign lifecycle to ensure on time completion of deliverables, coordinate across practices, identify potential risks and issuesBuild strong ties with leads across disciplines to produce successful campaigns, maintaining high levels of communication throughout campaign lifecycleInterrogate work before client delivery to ensure it meets the brief and expectationsGlobal coordination by facilitating knowledge and context sharing across Essence regionsDevelop strategic relationships with key agency partners and be a point of escalationAssist in deployment of Client Service practice trainings while ensuring best practicesAnalyze information skillfully provided by team members to problem solve creatively, troubleshoot, and develop alternative solutionsLine manage through coaching 1 - 3 direct reports to support career growth and developmentProvide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and progressWhat you will bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills across all platforms Prior experience in digital and traditional media Expert organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability Q/ A workStrong digital marketing background with a focus on performance mediaWorking knowledge of the digital media ecosystem with the ability to assess for the performance of assigned media dollars against their intended outcome, across both brand and DR objectives.
