Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Project SpecialistJob Location: India, Remote Job Overview: The Clinical Project Specialist will work closely with the global project team through all phases of the study. Duties may include entry and maintenance of data in various Clarity Stack applications (e.g., CTMS), creation and review of performance metrics and training. This role will meet defined chargeability expectations for position. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow defined processes to perform data entry into source systems (i.e. Clarity Applications) to support the work of the study start-up, project management and clinical monitoring groups
  • Update and maintain data within the source systems with attention to quality and timeliness of entry.
  • Review the analytics and reports from Clarity Insight to identify any trends, missing data and follow-up actions.
  • Provide metrics and status reports from Clarity Insight that require attention by the project team at a defined frequency
  • Provide training (initial and ongoing) and support to project teams in the use of all systems.
  • Participate in defining best practices for each system
  • Review data to identify areas for quality improvement
  • Communicate with Clinipace teams to support performance improvements
  • Perform ongoing surveillance of systems and reporting
  • Provide regularly scheduled commentary (e.g. weekly) to support findings from review and assessment of analytics and reports in Clarity Insight and other supporting tools. Own system access administration and (system access, ongoing access surveillance, and access revocation).
  • Review and maintain study Outlook folders.
  • Maintains project server and portal where applicable
  • Provide administrative support for a project, program or partnership
Supervisory Responsibilities:No supervisory responsibilities.Job Requirements:
  • Education
    • Bachelor s degree or equivalent (Healthcare or Life Science degree is preferred)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 - 5 yrs. industry experience
    • Prior relevant work experience in specific systems (e.g. CTMS, CRM, eTMF) preferred
  • Skills/Competencies
    • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Team-oriented and a strong team player
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Interest in learning medical terminology
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Highly organized
    • Able to work in a dynamic, changing environment
    • Demonstrates honesty, trust, fairness, cooperation, self- control, and flexibility
  • Capabilities
    • Preference is to work from Corporate-office location. Home based may be considered.
