Job Description

  • Cloud Network Engineer
    • 5-7 years related network operations
    • Design, build, manage and operate infrastructure and configuration of all platform environments with a focus on automation and infrastructure as code.
    • Design, build, manage and operate the infrastructure as a service layer (hosted and cloud based platforms) that supports the different platform services.
    • Design, build, manage and operate the continuous delivery framework and tools, and acting as a subject matter expert on CI/CD for developer teams.
    • Evaluate performance trends and expected changes in demand and capacity; and establish the appropriate scalability plans.
    • Implement data security and protection.
    • Work collaboratively with global peers on engineering, operations, design and support tasks
      • Configure and maintain various network devices on cloud and services like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN endpoints, etc
      • Configure network maintenance and system / images upgrades on cloud
      • Ensure network performance with advanced monitoring
      • Troubleshooting network issues and outages
      • Secure network accesses by writing and enforcing policies; define and monitoring access on cloud
    • Prioritize work appropriately to consistently achieve team and company goals
    • Proactively update documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, policies and procedures
    • Extend our tools to automate our operations
    • And more generally, any tasks required to ensure proper network operations
