This role is going to help on developing and delivering projects in Cloud Technologies and on the data space.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding functional requirements and develop detailed design using use-case
  • Coming up with a technical solution approach
  • Develop code using established design standards/build new standards with the engineering teams
  • Be agile and participate in the squad as a key member
  • Document the work in JIRA/confluence
  • Develop unit test code with 100% code coverage
  • Support testing and timely resolution of defects
  • Work with multiple teams for collaborative solution
  • Document use cases and Provide production support
  • Create re-usable components
Required Skills:
  • A deep technical understanding required to develop modules ranging from server components to user interfaces. Should be familiar with developer best practices, but also be flexible to adapt to the team s established practices and environment.
  • Good understanding of concurrent software systems and building them in a way that is scalable, maintainable, and robust.
  • Deep understanding, knowledge and work experience in AWS and Azure Cloud
  • Subject matter expert in Terraform
  • Experience in building applications using AWS/Azure Cloud with Terraform and integrate with on-prem applications
  • Experience in implementing a module/project in Cloud. Should be able to scale up to learn and work on any other cloud solution providers as well
  • Deep network and application architecture understanding
  • Experience in MS SQL/MySQL/Oracle/hive/MongoDB databases and working experience with AWS and Azure offered databases
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in various SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, Hive)
  • Development experience in Cloud (AWS and Azure) using Terraforms
  • Team player and work in an agile, multicultural team
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor s degree/Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
