Job Description

  • Evaluate and recruit potential candidates based on the business needs and provide them appropriate coaching and mentoring.
  • Defining motivational strategies within the team to achieve business targets (i.e. for annual and monthly operating plans.
  • Work closely with Branch Banking, Risk, CAD and other teams for a smooth borrower experience.
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives - Following CRM and Knowledge Segment based approach.
  • Driving resource wise month on month productivity.
  • Focus on building a quality asset book of fund based and non-fund facilities.
  • Ensuring product offering meets the needs of our customers.
  • Playing a leading role in running a successful Cluster by guiding to acquire the right-set of customers/revenue oriented customers.
  • Fortify relationships with customers and association industrial contacts to increase brand visibility & acquire new customers.
  • Monitoring deepening of Customer relationships by selling Trade products, CMS, Salary accounts, POS and LI to existing customers
