Lead generation activity and closuresaccordingly. Taking proper approval for documentation andensuring timely registrations. Post registration ensuring timely induction withthe help of the Onboarding team. Focus on the business transfer from thefranchisee, timely account opening, activationand revenue generation.Servicing of Existing Partners for growth andexpansionSupporting existing partners on groundmarketing for Customer Acquisition and helpingFranchisee in Growth and Expansion. To extensively engage with Franchisees bydeveloping their capabilities for revenuegeneration. To strategize with the BP for achieving strongbusiness traction from different segments(derivative, commodity, currency). Maintaining net retention as per plannednumbers and targets. Motivating BP for building high temp fundingbook.Transitioning existing & new clients toMobile/Web/Exe platform so as to help partnerreduce cost and increase revenue by acquiringnew clientsTo train and educate the business partner totrade through online platforms likeMobile/Web/Exe. Arrange various training for online trading portalfor franchisee/clients. Motivating business partners for online tradingas it reduces compliance requirements andunauthorized trade complaints.Adherence to Compliance / StatutoryrequirementsEnsure strict adherence to compliance by theFranchisees as per organizations policies/Regulatory bodies in all interactions. Connect with franchisee on regular basis toensure client pre and post order confirmationare in place to avoid the un-authorized trade.Assist and guide franchisee to maintaincompliance as per norms.Cross Sell of Financial ProductsArrange time to time training for third partyproducts to business partner with the help ofABC team. Motivating BP for cross sell ABC products toenhance their earning and provide money needsof the customers & retain them.
