Job Description

Role: Cluster Manager Location: Mumbai Years of Experience: 8 to 12 years (minimum of 6 years in Marketing UnR) Objective of the role: The Cluster Manager acts as the primary contact for the circleCorporate CVM leads who understand the business objectives and translates the same to the campaigns operations team for an end to end execution of campaigns for all the circles assigned What will you do:

    Cluster Manager is fully conversant with our product A trained professional who understands the need of the circle CVM team from a campaigning perspective and ensures efficient execution of the campaign management strategy Intakes the campaign requirement from circlecorporate CVM teams and designs the campaign library as per the strategy Gets the SMS verbiagescripts validates from corporatecircles before initiating campaign configurations Gets the campaign library approved by the Corporatecircle team before execution of campaigns Follows up with IN Revenue Assurance IT teams on the requirements raised by Campaign operations engineer Ensures end to end execution and reporting of campaigns for circles assigned under him Gets on call for the discussion on campaign performance with the circlecorporate teams and is involved in fine-tuning segmentsoffers by reviewing campaign performances
