It offers wide range of services and solutions in various sectors which include Network and Connectivity, Cloud, Media, Security, Mobility and Voice.Qualification: Graduate/ Post graduate with relevant experienceExperience: Minimum 6-8 years industry experience with strong knowledge of functional domainLocation: MumbaiJob Responsibility:To lead Dispute Resolutions & manage closure within TATPosition involves following areas of responsibility-Responsible for raising all disputes highlighted through customers directly or through collections teamResolution of billing dispute cases raise in CRM/ waiver portalIdentifying the error reason to understand the genesis of the disputeDispute Validation done through analysis of customer documents shared at the time of provisioningInteraction with Business & Collections team in understanding & validation of disputesEnsure corrective action on system before waiver sent for approvalCo-ordination with HQ dispute resolution, Billing and IT team for waiver postingPublishing MIS reports on a defined frequency with Region wise, reason wise, product wise data cutsTechnical skills:Proficient in MS Office utilitiesKnowledge of telecom industry for automation initiativesResult Oriented, Self Driven, Analytical, Strong Interpersonal, Presentation, Communication skillsKnowledge about documentation policy, provisioning systems (EPOS, Metasolv), activation processEnterprise Product Knowledge VOICE and DATA,
