MBA from a Tier-1 B School A minimum of 8-10 years of FMCG/Retail/Auto industry and/or consulting experience in route to market/ Digital Route to Market Deep Sales and distribution experience to design/develop strategies to improve route to market effectiveness through process diagnostic, sales process re-engineering, sales talent management, incentive management, sales execution and operations improvement, and digital enablement of existing RTM Consulting or functional experience in o Sales Strategy and Business Planning o Product and market entry/launch strategy o Channel management (Direct / Indirect) o Trade Spend management o Digital RTM Strategy & implementation Other relevant experiences include: o Market entry strategy development o Product launch strategy o Channel mix assessment and strategy (including Omni-channel strategy) o Sales channel optimization o Process Assessment & Improvisation o Sales Data Analysis, Marketing Planning o Assessment & Sales Enhancement Strategy Preference will be given to candidates working as Sales managers in one of the key listed industries (Consumer Goods, Commerce, Retail, Automotive, Communications and High Tech) Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.,
