General Business Consulting Can solve an unstructured problem where brief provided is minimum. Solves the problem by breaking down into structured modules. Follows fundamentals of issue based problem solving Can construct basic components of business case and value analyses e.g. market share, sales, costs under various heads, etc. Can perform Research and Analysis of client s business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences even if information available is insufficient. Can interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues Digital Analytics Campaign strategy - Identifying client objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies including click stream analysis Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs Using methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies Reporting and Analysis o Developing custom marketing dashboard concepts for client reporting o Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data o Customer segmentation, pricing analytics, customer persona analysis Analyzing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns and spends Performing ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimization consultancies for clients and influencing conversion optimization strategies with solid analytical data Delivering regular reporting and analysis documentation to clients and presenting findings or test results in person or via conference calls. Confidently communicates and articulates. Identifies, escalates, tracks and resolves issues in a timely manner Has very strong deck writing skills.
