We are focussing in HR Tech space and have a product which has seen positive response from the clients.Repeat business has started coming in for the same clients.Understanding of the mgmt may not be sufficient to scale up to the level expected.Hence we are looking for a person who can be gradually moved in as a cofounder and can work as a consultant to the co.Work very closely with the founder and the developers team to give meaningful direction to the ecosystem being created.Come up with ideas from time to time to enhance the platform.Sud work like a product manager for the platform.Person must have worked onShould have worked as Biz Analyst or software developer (preferably frontend) on some projects.Person who has worked from IT domain on multiple projectsWorked on B2C portal wud be a preferance.Open to take challenges and can work extra (beyond the office hours) till he joins completely.A person who wud like to create something out of scratch.Plz share your CV at ranu@acurasolution with subject line as Cofounder to HRtech business.Note: Experinence and salary is included because the portal works in a range manner.
