1. Good understanding of various financial instruments covering fixed income products, exotic options, credit derivatives, rate products, fx options/forwards etc.2. Should have a detailed understanding on the complete trade life cycle of most of the OTC derivatives especially CDS, Equities & fx.3. Should have a good understanding of OTC confirms. ISDA agreements, CSAs.4. Understanding of MarkIT, swapswire, DTCC.5. Comfortable with various reconciliations covering position, cash, trade PNL etc.6. Basic understanding of swift, payment gateways, cut off timings for cash/security transfers7. Team handling experience of at least 3-5 years8. Go-getter, independent, strive to create efficiencies & suggest automation.9.
