  • Support the Client Onboarding Lifecycle Transformation(COLT) Product Owner in the delivery of the COLT Programme through exploration of Business Requirements and taking a lead role across areas of the project roadmap
  • Develop an understanding of all areas of the Group CLM Policy and Procedures as a foundation for creating supportive relationships with Policy and Process teams
  • Leading the requirements gathering and produce analysis artifacts to drive change initiatives: operating model, process maps and business requirements
  • Support the engagement of key stakeholders across client facing divisions, Legal and Compliance and Financial Crime Risk, etc.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Within sprints, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product, feeding this into the Product management team
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Our Ideal Candidate
  • This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) team to support the transformation of existing infrastructure to enable quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
  • Works collaboratively with Product Management and the Delivery Team to support the success of the COLT Programme
  • Uses their existing or transferrable skills to provide Business Analysis and Design expertise that engages stakeholders in design solutions and innovation
  • Supports and engages stakeholders to identify business requirements and transform these into process design in collaboration with key teams in the COLT Programme
  • Has ownership of key project deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bring them along the project delivery journey
  • Drive collaboration across multiple work-streams to manage business delivery from conception through to implementation
  • Support functional design, testing and deployment of change initiatives
  • Collaborate and influence varying groups of technical and functional experts to enable project delivery
