        • Key Responsibilities : A- Candidate must have minimum 1-2 years of experience in supporting digital loan account opening onboarding process B- Production / UAT / Pre-Prod / Development / Test / DR Environment support for the In-scope application C- Application Monitoring services D- Ticketing Management attending, updating resolving Tickets Cutomer Onboarding/Campain Management/CRM/EKYC/Sales Management
        • Technical Experience : A- Must have Banking functional knowledge in customer account onboarding through digital channels B- Basic knowledge and understanding of technologies/application like Finnone CAS, Agri LOS from OEMs Necleus Software Ltd, Intellect design arena ltd will be an added advantage C- Must have basic knowledge of technologies like Java/ Net/ IIS/PL SQL/Weblogic/WAS etcJava Full Stack, PLSQL, Oracle
      • Professional Attributes : A- Analyze and constantly improve system processes and nature of service provided B- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills C- Ability to work with discipline in 24 x 7 x 365 working environment
