Job Description

NTT Global Networks Careers - Communication Coach Description Key Responsibilities1. Audit calls and emails from a communication standpoint.2. Analyse audit data; prepare & implement action plans. 3. Assist in facilitation of Academy programmes.4. Coach teams and share feedback on domain specific language needs.5. Coach for advance communication skills and client interactions.6. Conduct on the job language training and other voice coaching activities. 7. Conduct calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach. 8. Conduct TNI and develop content to address the business needs.9. Conduct Communication and Voice and Accent Training for new hires and exisiting team members. 10. Facilitate customized programs to ensure customer focus.11. Identify topics for Academy programmes based on audit observations.12. Interact with teams and managers to identify gaps and propose solutions.13. Identify business improvement ideas.14. Share feedback on tools related improvements with the owners.15. Share improvement reports on a regular basis in business reviews. 16. Any additional task given to the incumbent from time to time based on business needs.Education - BA Major in EnglishExperience - 5 plus years of experience with customer service organization supporting global customers (primarily US and UK). Prior experience with managed network service provider would be major plus.Skills - 1. Customer Service Attitude2. Passionate about English language 3. Conflict resolution skills4. Influencing skills5. Technical knowledge of English communication phonology, semantics, grammar, speech and voice elements, writing skills etc.6. Facilitation and Feedback & Coaching skills.7.
