Job Description

    Job Role:
    • Communication Trainer for at least 3 years
    • Primary responsibility is to monitor calls, coach and develop employees skills.
    • Secondary responsibility is deliver on the job training, documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.
    • Trainers need to be good communicators
    • They are required to explain concepts, draw out existing knowledge, persuade reluctant participants to join in, provide supportive feedback, and so on.
    • Better Employee Performance & Productivity
    • Must be from BPO Industry
    • Excellent communication skills, oral,written, presentation,coaching skills
    • Prepares the training schedules of the trainees
    • Confident in speaking to different audiences
