This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe Communications & Engagement Lead is responsible for all decisions and execution of internal communications to stakeholders (users, business staff, project teams, etc.) related to the ServiceNow program. They deliver internal information according to a communications plan to prepare the organization for the ServiceNow platform and functionality.

  • Create engaging, well-understood, transparent 2-way communications & promote engagement
  • Develop a Communications & Engagement Strategy to provide project information and status updates to project sponsors, the extended project team, directly and indirectly impacted stakeholders and the users. Leads delivery of the Champions Community
  • Establish and ensure the development, distribution, maintenance, evaluation and improvement of all communications throughout the program.
  • Develop text, illustrations, infographics and video to enhance comprehension and adoption of the organizational changes by the users.
  • Define KPIs for communication efficiency and impact. Monitor KPIs and reports to the Market Chapter, Stakeholders and Process Owners.
  • Host regular forums or meetings with stakeholders involved and participating in the program to foster collaboration, drive adoption of new products and address issues and concerns.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Effective interpersonal & engagement skills to articulate messages at different levels of organisation hierarchy
  • Experienced in managing organization change programs, conducting impact analysis and developing training strategies and plans.
  • Worked on ServiceNow or similar product / process implementations
  • Strong relationship management experience with influencing and negotiation skills
  • Creative mind - be able to suggest ideas and drive innovation
  • Able to understand the big picture and the details
  • Able to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Degree in relevant area. Training in ITIL or similar
