Job Description

    Job Role:Community BuilderLocation: MumbaiExperience-3 to 5 years in the same domain.Your primary goal will be to build and maintain an active and engaged community that advocates for our brand and supports its growth.Act as the primary point of contact for community members across various platforms (social media, forums, blogs, etc.). Monitor community discussions, respond to inquiries, and address feedback promptly, providing a positive and helpful experience for community members. Foster and encourage discussions, interactions, and knowledge sharing among community members.Looking for a passionate and dynamic professional who will help community of transacting users. This is an ever-growing community of lakhs of users and we would like to engage them in a way that they become our brand ambassadors. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating, engaging, and growing our online community. You will act as the bridge between our organization and its community members, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring a vibrant and supportive online environment. Responsibilities: 1. Community Engagement: 2. Content Creation and Curation: Basis company priorities and discussion with retention and marketing team, develop and implement a content strategy to provide valuable and relevant content to the community. Create engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content that resonates with the communitys interests and needs. Curate user-generated content to highlight the communitys contributions and showcase their impact on our organization. 3. Community Growth and Advocacy: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the community and attract new members. Encourage existing community members to become advocates, promoting our brand and products/services to a wider audience. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align community initiatives with overall organizational goals. 4. Moderation and Conflict Resolution: Maintain a positive and inclusive community atmosphere by enforcing community guidelines and policies. Moderate discussions and intervene in case of any conflicts or inappropriate behavior, fostering a respectful and safe environment for all members. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting trends and insights to inform decision-making. Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and satisfaction. 6. User Support and Feedback: Collaborate with customer support teams to address community members inquiries and concerns effectively. Gather and relay feedback from the community to relevant internal teams, advocating for the communitys needs and preferences. Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging online communities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a diverse audience. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools. Knowledge of content creation and curation, with the ability to craft compelling and shareable content. Analytical mindset to measure the success of community initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive community atmosphere. Passion for building connections and fostering a sense of belonging within the community. Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the community and organization. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
