Preparing Notice for the meeting of Board of Directors and Shareholders of the Company Preparing Minutes of Meeting of Board of Directors and Shareholders of the Company Preparing Notice and Directors Report Appointment and Resignation of Directors Maintaining and Updating of Statutory Registers of the Company required under the Companies Act, 2013 Preparation and Filing of various forms as required under the Companies Act, 2013. Alteration of the Memorandum of Association & Articles of association of Company. Co-ordinating with Registrar of Companies and other Statutory Authorities on various matters; Co-ordinating with NSDL/CDSL related to Demat shares.Required Candidate profile The Company Secretary should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
