Position overview: Based in Mumbai, the role provides local, regional and global support for the Compensation and Benefits team. The role reports to a London manager. Responsibilities: LOCAL - Conduct internal and external reviews for all new hires and transfers Participate in local external compensation bench marking surveys Manage the Mumbai benefit renewals and pension Set up and run local reporting for managers and HR Training of local managers in various compensation and benefit processes Ad hoc day to day requests and projects Support EMEAI and APAC regional projects GLOBAL - co- ordinate the Sales Incentive Plan for new hires in the global system Global consolidation reporting Assist in the Stock Plan Administration monthly reporting Year end review process support US benefit billing; work with HR Operations investigating file feed errors etc Desired experience and qualifications: At least 7 years Compensation and Benefits experience within the Financial Services/ FinTech industry Further degree, Masters, MBA Previous in depth experience of supporting and co- ordination of a compensation year end process Compensation bench marking survey Local benefits and pension co- ordination and administration Regional/ global reporting and detailed compensation analysisDue to the great number of applications we receive for each of our open vacancies, we are unable to respond on an individual basis.
