To continually identify and diagnose where compliance activity is required across the company. To identify where compliance activity occurs, and in what form. To develop and coordinate the delivery of plans and to implement compliance activity where it is otherwise absent or unsatisfactory. To work with executive directors and senior management to improve their understanding of strategic and operational compliance and the business benefits it will bring. To prioritise the building of effective relationships with key people. The right candidate for this position will be a licensed attorney with a broad background in compliance and in areas such as business ethics, antitrust, intellectual property, and environmental regulations. This position requires experience in legal and compliance work with a preference for candidates having a strong general SEBI & BSE background. The right candidate would be proactive, able to provide effective training, and have a demonstrated ability to work with business people at multiple levels throughout a large and complex organization.He / she will be solely responsible for all co - ordination with SEBI, BSE, etc towards compliance, admin etc. ,
