Computer Operator/ Back Office Coordinator Job Title: Computer Operator / Back Office Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. Maintain and manage files on the system. Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms. Retrieving information from documents and files. Filing of Documents & Data Entry. Scan documents and print files, when needed. Administrative duties. Coordinating with the team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Key Skills Required: Proven data entry or as a Data entry operator with Good typing speed: 30 wpm, 40wpm and accuracy. Experience with MS Office, Excel, power point, AutoCAD, coral draw if basic knowledge. Experienced in using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation as per requirement. Attention to detail. Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Candidates residing in Western Mumbai will be preferred).
